My 2005 CTS needed an oil change and while...
My 2005 CTS needed an oil change and while checking the vehicle over; found that the rear brakes needed new pads and the rotors grinded down.....they gave me a loaner car and I came back 3 hours later to pick up my car. It was a very friendly, efficient experience. Thank you.

I brought my 2006 Cadillac Deville in to...
I brought my 2006 Cadillac Deville in to have the brakes checked. The service department told me I had 50% left on my brakes. They suggested I deglaze the brakes on all four wheels and also do an alignment because my tires showed a little wear.I appreciate the info as I always try to take care of my cars. The Service department was more than helpful and also very pleasant to work with. They did offer me a car while mine was being serviced and that worked out well. This is my 2nd time at your dealership and I am very happy to be a customer there. I did go to another Cady dealer and I would never go back there again. Thank you for being so nice. My Terrain went in for Oil change and tire...
My Terrain went in for Oil change and tire rotation...and a clock that was running slow...a simple, quick job. Then some soft ware needed to be updated, 1.5 hours. I had my fresh coffee and muffins while waiting. The software update would keep failing, now I need another appointment.The service guys are fantastic, offering me a loaner car next time I come in. Why doesnt OnStar check software levels? Think about happy customers if the update came over OnStar while I was asleep, or driving down the highway!! Why wasnt my dealer contacted about my software problem? Why is it the customer's job to initiate software updates by complaining about something as trivial as the clock running slow, it wasnt keeping correct time.

yes, I was very happy with the service....
yes, I was very happy with the service. There were 2 warranty repairs done along with some 50k routine maintenance. It was alos very convenient to be able to have a loaner car for transportation back to work. Thanks
